The Heart Behind My Practice
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Lupe and my journey began in Quito, Ecuador, where I was born and raised. I am a bilingual trauma therapist dedicated to supporting individuals—especially Gen Z—as they process and heal from the painful experiences that have shaped their lives.
My intention is to hold space for people who are ready to hear their own voice again.
My work is calm, clear, and grounded. I don’t rush your process, and I don’t disappear into it.
We move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your truth.
Here, you don’t have to shrink or carry everything alone.
You get to arrive as you are — tired, hopeful, unsure, curious.
Your story is welcome, and so is your silence.
In this space, you’ll find:
- clarity without judgment
- boundaries that protect your healing
- a therapist who listens deeply without absorbing your pain
- EMDR and trauma‑informed care that respects your pace
If you’re ready to step into a more honest, grounded version of yourself,
I’m here to walk with you.
Your healing doesn’t have to be loud.
It just has to be yours.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with people who are ready to understand their patterns, honor their boundaries, and step into a more grounded, authentic version of themselves.
My clients tend to be thoughtful, self‑aware, and open to clarity — even when clarity feels uncomfortable at first.
You might feel drawn to work with me if:
- you’re tired of staying quiet to keep the peace
- you’re ready to break cycles of over‑responsibility or emotional exhaustion
- you want a therapist who is warm but also direct and honest
- you appreciate structure, boundaries, and a calm, steady presence
- you want to understand your story without getting lost in it
- you’re navigating identity, family dynamics, or major life transitions
- you want to feel more like yourself — not the version of you that others expect
Many of my clients are healing from complex family systems, cultural expectations, or long histories of minimizing their own needs.
Some are exploring gender identity, neurodivergence, or the impact of growing up in environments where their voice wasn’t welcomed.
If you’re looking for a therapist who listens deeply without absorbing your pain, who offers clarity without judgment, and who honors your pace without losing direction, we may be a good fit.
This is a space for people who are ready to move with intention, courage, and self‑respect — even if they’re still learning how.
